Your details when you reserve a ride to DFW or Love Field

Travel Echelon LLC is the business responsible for this site and for what you send through it. To reserve a car, the form asks for the facts a driver needs to find your door and reach the right curb. This page lists those facts, names who receives them, and explains how to see or erase your record whenever you want.

What the form asks you for

Each question on the request form has a job on the day of the ride. When you send it, the desk receives the following:

  • The kind of door you leave from and its details, including a gate code if your gate uses one
  • Direction, airport, terminal, date, and the pickup or landing time
  • Street address, flight number, number of riders and large bags
  • Child seats wanted and the vehicle size
  • Your name, your phone number and an email address if you choose to give one
  • Anything you write in the note, such as a return ride or a visitor's name and phone
  • The consent box you checked and the time the form was sent

Each answer and its job

The address, the door type and the gate details let a driver pull up where you are standing instead of at the wrong side of a block or outside a closed gate. Airport, terminal, date, hour and flight number set the pickup time and the curb and the free wait after landing. Riders, bags and seats decide which car fits. Your phone number carries the fare in writing and the company's text on the day. The consent record shows that you asked to be contacted.

Who receives your request

Past the desk, three kinds of recipient see your request, and each sees only the part its job needs. A form relay service carries the message from this site to the desk and does nothing else with it. While the desk looks for a car, the companies it asks receive what a fare needs: the pickup address and kind of door, the airport, date and time, car size, riders, bags and child seats, and never your name, phone or email. After you say yes to a fare, the one local car company that takes your ride also receives what its driver needs to reach you and get you to the curb: name, phone, your email if you gave one, door details including any gate code, flight and terminal, and your note.

Gate codes stay with one driver

A gate or keypad code passes from the form relay to the desk and on to the company for the driver of that single ride, and goes no further. The desk erases it from its records once the ride is over, so a code you give for a morning pickup to DFW does not sit in a file afterward. If your code changes before the pickup, send the new one and the old one is removed.

Calls and texts about your request only

The desk and the car company use the number you typed into the form, plus a visitor's number only when you put it in the note for the ride that visitor takes, and they use them only about the ride you asked to reserve: the written fare, a question about your door, the confirmation and the company's line for that day. Replying STOP to any text ends texts from that number. Your details are not sold. This site runs no advertising or analytics scripts and does not ask your phone or browser for its location; if that ever changes, this page will say so first and explain how to opt out.

A single browser note, if you allow it

If you allow it, the form remembers a single thing in your browser: the kind of door you picked last time, so the matching questions open first when you return. If you pick Remember nothing, the browser keeps only that answer, so the question does not come back. It holds no name, no address and no code. You can remove it by clearing the stored site data for this address in your browser settings, and the form simply starts blank on your next visit.

Server logs and who reads a request

The host that serves these pages keeps a short access log of each visit: the address a request came from, the time and the page asked for. It is used to keep the site running and to spot abuse, and it holds nothing typed into the form. The site loads only over an encrypted connection, requests reach the desk through the form relay's encrypted link, and only the desk opens them; a company receives only the parts listed above.

How long records are kept

Gate codes are erased after the ride, as described above. The rest of a request, along with the desk's note of the checks it ran on the car company before passing the ride on, is kept for 12 months after the ride, for questions about it, and is then deleted. You can ask for an earlier deletion at any point, as the next section explains.

Asking to see or erase your data

Write to datadesk@travel-echelon.com and name the phone number or email you used on the form. The desk answers in writing within 30 days, tells you what it holds under that number, and confirms when the record has been deleted. If a car company already has your ride, the desk also passes your request on to that company so its copy is handled the same way. If the desk turns a request down, reply to its answer and it will look at the request again and write back with its reasons.

Children and later changes

The request form is meant to be filled in by adults. A parent can list a child as a rider and ask for a child seat, but the site does not collect details from children themselves. When this policy changes, the new text replaces this page and the date below moves with it. Last updated September 27, 2026.

Questions before you send

Ask the desk anything about your details by phone during the hours shown on this site, or write to datadesk@travel-echelon.com and the reply comes in writing.
